At the heart of R.M.B. Shave Parlor are founders Roberto and Michael, the father-and-son duo who blend old-school tradition with new-school innovation. Together, they’ve built more than a barbershop—they’ve created a space where hospitality, craftsmanship, and the guest experience come first. 

Their vision led to the creation of Resculpting Master Barbers (R.M.B.), a movement designed to help barbers hone their unique gifts while serving the Temecula community at the highest level. Today, R.M.B. Shave Parlor is home to some of the best professional service providers in the region, united under one roof to deliver an unmatched men’s grooming experience.
