What does RMB mean? Resculpting Master Barber, we view grooming as an art like sculpture that shapes are created by removing hair in certain areas of the canvas to achieve custom tailored look for the individual getting groomed. Since hair grows back and other sculptures like clay or ice stay the same every time a guest comes back we have a new opportunity to Resculpt it. Mastering something is impossible but the process of trying to achieve it means to always be learning and growing to reach the next level to better serve our guest. Barber means the opportunity to serve others, have an impact on those who let us be of service by how they feel about themselves and the confidence they acquire when they come in contact with us.

What does it mean to be a Resculpting master Barber? Being more than just a barber, a craftsman an artist, Someone who holds themselves to highest standards and strives to be better than the person they were yesterday. Someone that wants to grow and succeed just as much as they want to see the others around them succeed. A person who’s character defines them by how they treat people, their intentions and how they conduct themselves as a professional.
